Get Service for Your Mitchell® Reel in Canada

We’d like to help you maintain your Mitchell® reel so that you may continue to fish with confidence. If you have an issue with your reel that requires service we suggest that you send it to a Mitchell® Authorized Service Center for evaluation by a trained technician. You can find these centers using the list below.

To help us best service your reel, include a copy of your dated receipt (for warranty consideration), along with a note explaining the issues you are experiencing with your reel and why you feel it is not working properly. We suggest sending your reel via UPS or Fed-Ex (keep the tracking number). If you would rather send your reel by mail, remember to insure your package.
