HRA provided by JC pays first dollar benefits on non-preventive services and pharmacy up to plan limits. If not used, rolls over to the next year.

An HSA is an individually owned, tax-advantaged account funded by the employee and used to pay for current medical expenses (such as the deductible) or to save for future medical expenses. If not used, funds remain in the account for future expenses. Funds are portable if you leave the organization.
